Standard Terms & Conditions

1. All orders should be submitted in writing via either fax or email.
2. Products are sold on a supply basis only.  
3. Designs or sketches shall be supplied by the customer for any specialist or bespoke products. The customer should satisfy themselves that the selected products and the range of products offered by Elite Sign Supplies are good and fit for the purpose intended.
4. Elite Sign Supplies do not undertake site surveys or inspections, maintenance or repairs on site under any circumstances.
5. The client shall be responsible for the maintenance, care and repair of the products from the point of delivery.
6. Goods despatched via a carrier will be in a maximum of 2.5m sections, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed at the customer’s risk.
7. Goods should be checked upon delivery and be signed for as in good condition only.
8. Only responsible persons should sign delivery notes.
9. Goods can not be signed for as damaged or unchecked.
10. Claims for damage can not be considered after a delivery note has been signed.
11. Goods supplied in error or incorrectly from a client’s specified order must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods and should be returned to our works within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund or correction to be considered at the discretion of Elite Sign Supplies.
12. No claims for consequential losses will be considered under any circumstances.
13. Claimed defective products should be returned to our factory, carriage paid, for our inspection and/or correction at the discretion of Elite Sign Supplies.
14. In event of goods being found faulty or defective, the goods will be replaced or repaired at Elite Sign Supplies’ expense once goods have been inspected and the fault or defect accepted.
15. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery date specified by Elite Sign Supplies is an estimate only and Elite Sign Supplies shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the customer as a result of any delay in delivery.
16. Products remain the property of Elite Sign Supplies until paid for in full.
